I’m Ariestiya, the person behind Sparkling Lane Events.
For many years, I’ve worked behind the scenes of weddings and events, supporting couples and clients through one of the most important days of their lives. What I’ve learned is that a beautifully planned event isn’t just about how it looks, but how it feels on the day.
There are so many moving parts in a wedding or celebration. Timelines, suppliers, set-ups, transitions, and last-minute changes all happen at once. My role is to quietly manage those details, step in when something needs attention, and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
I approach every event with care, respect, and a calm presence. Whether it’s a wedding, a private celebration, or a special gathering, I take the responsibility seriously and treat each event as if it were my own.

Our support starts before the wedding day, making sure everything is clear, organised, and ready to run smoothly.
We’ll meet to go through your plans in detail, including your timeline, run sheet, suppliers, and how the day will flow from start to finish. This helps make sure nothing is missed and everyone knows what’s happening.
If you’re having a rehearsal, we’re happy to attend and help walk through the ceremony so everyone feels comfortable and confident.
In the lead-up, we review the details, confirm key information, and make sure the plan works in real time, not just on paper.
On the day itself, we take over the coordination. We manage the run sheet, communicate with suppliers, keep things moving, and handle any questions or changes as they come up. Our role is to stay in the background, keep things calm, and make sure you can enjoy the day without worrying about logistics.
